For years I have used systane wipes twice daily. They do work but are a bit clumsy for old fingers. And they are bulky when travelling and costly. So I experimented with I Lid and Lash. VEry convenient, the lubricating content means eyes remain soothed for far longer. And I wiall stay using this product.

These are a bit expensive when used twice a day but they work when nothing else really has to deal with blepharitis and the constantly inflamed and uncomfortable eyelids that result.

A fantastic product! I have used warmth to treat dry eyes for over a year now and it has been either cumbersome or expensive! The masks that are heated in the microwave don’t stay warm for long enough; the self warming masks are expensive. This product is light to wear, maintains heat and the amount of heat and the timing is easily regulated. The USB lead is a good length so you can get into a comfortable position to use it. The little water spray bottle that is included makes it easy to dampen the mask for moist heat. Highly recommend this product.

Use these masks daily and they are amazing. Simple to use both at home and while travelling. Highly recommend!
