Wonderful warming and soothing eye mask

I suffer from blepharitis, and even though I have a good eye treatment regime and I have spent a small fortune on LED red light treatment at my ophthalmologist (which worked wonders)...I still suffer from dry, red and sore eyes occasionally at the end of the day. These self-warming masks are a lovely addition to caring for my eyes. They warm up instantly upon opening the packet, and are very relaxing and soothing for the eyes. The warmth lasts approximately 30 mins, and helps to stimulate the eye oil glands. My eyes feel much relieved afterwards, and these eye masks are very nice to use right before going to sleep at night!
