Damage and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@onestopdryeyeshop.com.au. Include photos of the product and a detailed description of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly.

Change of Mind Returns

If a mistake has occurred, you purchased the wrong product or no longer need it, please contact us and we would be happy to assist. We can provide refunds if the item has been unopened and is returned to us in the same condition we sent it. Shipping will be at the buyers expense.

Your order can be returned within 60 days from the date it is dispatched. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please email support@onestopdryeyeshop.com.au with photos of the damaged product and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at support@onestopdryeyeshop.com.au for further assistance.
