Lacritec is an Australian-made nutritional supplement designed to help maintain comfortable, hydrated eyes. It works from the inside to support the natural processes that keep the eyes moist and protected.

Each Lacritec capsule combines Omega-3 marine triglycerides (EPA and DHA), Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) from borage oil, and Vitamin E. These nutrients known to support general eye health and help maintain the body’s natural tear film. Lacritec can be taken as part of your daily routine to complement topical products like lubricating drops or gels.

Only started taking Lacritec about 2 weeks ago

Only started taking Lacritec about 2 weeks ago after my eye surgeon recommended them. I had severely dry eyes affecting my vision. I wish he had told me about them straight after my laser surgery then I would be further along the track to complete recovery.

Improved Eye Health

I’m nearly at the end of my first bottle of Lacritec and it has made a real difference to my dry eyes. I had been getting recurrent styes but I haven’t had one since I started taking Lacritec. I’m very happy with the improvement in my eye health.

I have only used this products for a few weeks

I have only used this products for a few weeks but I think it feels less gritty. It says it takes 6 weeks to kick in, so I hope it will get even better.

Relief At Last

I have tried many different products to help me maintain and support my MGD Blepharitis and Dry Eye Disease. All have been trial and error and over the years has cost me a small fortune and haven’t been overly happy with the results until now. Lacritec has been great in every way possible. These capsules help me maintain all 3 of my eye problems and I am glad I bought them. My Blepharitis is finally under control and my dry eyes are much more comfortable than they have ever felt in a very long time. I noticed a huge difference one month when I had run out of the Lacritec because I had an unexpected bill needing to be paid and had to stop taking the Lacritec and my goodness I couldn’t wait to get back on taking them again.

Eye relief

These have made a huge difference, it took about 2 weeks with 2 a day. After a few months I cut back to 1 a day, occasionally if my eyes are a bit sore I go back to 2 a day.
