Australia

Shipping can be stressful when purchasing online. To give you some certainty and consistency, we only use Australia Post as our carrier. We have found Australia Post is the quickest and most reliable service available. 

We will ship your products in sturdy cardboard boxes with packaging. We do not use satchels or other shipping containers. This is to protect your items and ensure they arrive safely. Our shipping boxes can be recycled to reduce our footprint on the environment.

Prices for shipping:

• Regular Post - $9.90
• Express Post - $13.90

We also offer free shipping for orders over $150 (Australia Only).

Tracking is included free with all options

We also recommend that customers select 'signature on delivery' at checkout. This adds some extra protection, especially if you live in an apartment complex or shared building. If someone is not at home, the package will be taken to a nearby Australia Post for pickup. This costs an extra $3 on top of regular or express post prices.

International

We ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $14.90AUD. This is standard shipping with tracking included.
