Shipping can be stressful when purchasing online. To give you some certainty and consistency, we only use Australia Post as our carrier. We have found that Australia Post is the quickest and most reliable service available.
We ship your products in sturdy cardboard boxes with protective packaging. We do not use satchels or other shipping containers. This helps protect your items and ensures they arrive safely. Our shipping boxes can also be recycled to reduce our environmental impact.

Tracking is included free with all shipping options.
We also recommend selecting 'signature on delivery' at checkout. This adds some extra protection, especially if you live in an apartment complex or shared building. If no one is home, the package will be taken to a nearby Australia Post location for collection. This costs an additional $3 on top of the regular or express shipping price.
International
We ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $14.90 AUD. This is standard shipping with tracking included.
