Order Processing
We strive to ensure your orders are dispatched promptly. All orders placed before 12 PM (AEDT - Melbourne time) will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $9.90 – Estimated delivery within 2-8 business days (via Australia Post).
  • Express Shipping: $13.90 – Estimated delivery within 1-4 business days (via Australia Post).
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 (Australia only).

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for regional and remote areas.

New Zealand

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $14.90 – Estimated delivery within 7-12 business days (via Australia Post).

Other Countries

We ship internationally to other countries. Please contact us at support@onestopdryeyeshop.com.au for a shipping quote and estimated delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@onestopdryeyeshop.com.au, including photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will investigate and provide a resolution promptly.
