How to use this product?
- To prepare moist-heat therapies, microwave the Beads XL in their fabric pockets and mesh bag in 2 cups of water for 90 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute and then place inside goggles.
- For cold treatments, moisten the Beads XL inside their fabric pockets and place into back of goggle. Use a self-sealing plastic bag to place the goggles and leave in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Take the goggles out of the bag and secure them over your eyes with the wrap.
